so dig man, there is this 'accepted as fact' rumor goin around that superman that hoe means to bust a nut on a sleeping girls back and put a t-shirt on it, let it dry and when she wakes up she has a cape. (YUUUUUUUUUUUUUULLLL!) now im no authority on what the new slang is but my money says that this is faker than that carter III advance i was listening to last night.

i got my own theory, okay the song is about being fly right? he talks about haters being mad at his bathing apes and gives instructions on how to do his dance right? there aint too much about fuckin in the song if my context clues are correct, well maybe supersoak that hoe is a direct sex reference but i am willing to wager that could be more about shooting you (with a real or water gun, this guy is still in high school, last time i checked kids still liked water guns)

i think that superman that hoe is in reference to being fly. like you know so fly that you are damn near superman, nigga im so fly i got my name on my shades AND i got some bathing apes, YUUUULLLLLL!

okay this verse is where i kinda think ppl got the sexual references mixed up. when he says supersoak dat hoe he then says he gonna pass it to arab (his homeboy) and arab is gonna pass it off again. now this is where the ambiguity of the term 'hoe' gets in the way. is he talkin about a girl? a (water)gun? i dont know but i do know its one of those two.

i spent alot of time around atlanta natives and in atlanta during college and i will say this about them. slangwise the only niggas fuckin with atlanta is the bay. they got their own language and its largely based on regional/local people/places and things. well that could be said for any big city but i know its the case for atlanta. this is what happens when regional music goes national, the same way 'aye bay bay' was a tribute to a local dj and NOBODY took the time to find out what the hell hurricane chris was talkin about is the same way people are running with solja boy's phrase. but then again thats part of the fun of music right? reinterpreting it

Las Vegas Power Summit 2007

yeah so i know, i know i been kinda scarce around these parts lately. i know you guys are in dire need of some of my good old hyper link hyjinx and such huh? yeah well um, i aint got too many of em today*.

basically i just stopped thru to give yall an update on the status of my rap career, something i dont really talk about much cus well i mean im kinda bad at self promotion and i dont jsut sit around and talk about my rap life all day anyway. its alot of other shit i do and thats goin on you know?

in a nutshell we won the myspace/xm competition** and we will be headed out to las vegas to compete against the other 2 finalists in the competition. from there we will are gonna be off on a 2-3 week run of the states mainly focused on the southeast. we havent confirmed all the dates yet but as they trickle in we will get them up on our myspace page. so far we its lookin like:

11/4 - New Orleans, LA - THe Dragons Den
