The mighty, mighty Mos Def is planning to do his thing in 2k1, like there's no time left. He has two upcoming film projects and he'll be working on his second solo set "Hated By Them, Loved By Those, Respected By All. Aside" He will also release an album with his live band, Jack Johnson, entitled "Black Bastard."

Mos is also scheduled to appear in a film called "Civil Brand" alongside Da Brat and R&B singer Monica, and also star in an MTV film, entitled "Carmen Jones."
