Baldwin Hills, CA

King Thurz decided to do it all the way big for the two-year anniversary of his Party In My Living Room event series by linking up with Universal Pictures and Jordan Peele’s directorial debut, Get Out.

The end result was a full-blown vintage Cali party in Baldwin Hills that also saw the Inglewood rapper debut a string of new records (including the single “ICONIC”) and partygoers getting surprised by an O.T. Genasis cameo, who performed his most recognizable songs in “Coco”, “Push It” and “Cut It.”

Thurz also hosted and curated the latest PIMLR and introduced the special guests, Rich Kidd from Toronto, Fat Ron, DJ Mantron and DJ Spill, DJ Areeezy, DJ Huneycut, Iman Omari and of course, O.T. Genasis. The festivities were were also sponsored by Red Bull, Sapporo and Deep Eddy Vodka

Keeping the momentum going, Thurz is readying his new music with distributing partner, Perdiem, which serves sort of like a stock market for music. Check out Investperdiem/Thurz and the official PIMLR recap powered by Duke Visions up above.
