Florida rapper Plies has a special message for McDonald’s, following news that employees at the fast-food chain played a vital role in cluing authorities in on the location of Steve Stephens, the man who dominated media coverage this week as the Facebook Killer.

In a video uploaded to Instagram yesterday (April 18), Plies demanded that McDonald’s give a hefty raise to the woman who slowed down Stephens’ order so police could be called.

“This muthafuckin message here for McDonald’s,” Plies said. “I just seen on CNN one of your employees thought they identified the goddamn shooter. The dude on Facebook. And they held the muthafuckin french fries. And they ran back there and called the police. And that’s how they muthafuckin caught ’em. McDonald’s, give that muthafuckin girl a raise. I ain’t talking about no muthafuckin 25 cent raise. And I ain’t talking about the bullshit-ass employee of the muthafuckin month picture inside the muthafuckin restaurant. Give her a real muthafuckin raise.”

Although it’s unclear if McDonald’s will offer any raise as a result of the work of the employees at the Erie, Pennsylvania restaurant, the group could receive the $50,000 reward put up for Stephens’ arrest.

TMZ reports that the $50,000 reward is still a possibility despite Stephens killing himself following a high-speed police chase.

In his commentary, Plies also blasted what was likely the manager of the restaurant for stepping in the spotlight.

“[You] come standing your muthafuckin ass up here talking. ‘I’m so proud of my employee. They did the right [thing].’ Ain’t no muthafuckin proud of your employee,” the rapper said. “Get your muthafuckin ass from in front of the camera. You ain’t did nothing. Let that muthafuckin girl get her shine on. And give her a muthafuckin raise … She did y’all muthafuckin job, McDonald’s. And she did the muthafuckin job of the police department. So, y’all give her a muthafuckin raise. And we gonna keep muthafuckin checking with y’all too.”
