Few acts have the same kind of cross appeal between indie rockers and Hip Hop heads as Gorillaz, something evidenced by their choice in support acts for the U.S. leg of their HUMANZ Tour.

Everyone’s favorite animated band announced Thursday (May 26) that Vince Staples and Danny Brown would be joining them on select dates of the tour, which will kick off July 8 at the Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island, Chicago.

Both artists appeared on Gorillaz’ new album, Staples on album opener “Ascension” and Brown on the high-energy cut “Submission,” along with Kelela. Staples is also readying the release of his Big Fish Theory album, which drops June 23.
