Ticket sales for R. Kelly’s The After Party Tour were so piss poor, he had to cancel several dates, including stops in Dallas and Los Angeles. According to Billboard, the canceled tour has even caused a rift between Kellz and his booking agent Ron Kaplan who works for Monterey International in Chicago. When asked if he still represented Kelly, Kaplan told Billboard “no comment.”

The cancellation follows allegations the “I Believe I Can Fly” singer has a sex cult of submissive women he’s holding against their will, which he says is “a bunch of crap.” He’s also been under scrutiny for years because of his alleged preference for underage girls.

Many people on social media seized the moment and celebrated the cancellation, citing the R&B legend’s controversial history. Others were actually upset they wouldn’t get to see Kellz perform.
