Despite the viewpoints of Terry Mango, the mother of the young black model who was the catalyst of H&M being thrashed over being placed in a hoodie that read, “Coolest Monkey In The Jungle,” NYC-based rapper and veteran songwriter and social activist Chris Classic isn’t letting the nearsighted racial misfires go over easy.

On his new record, the aptly titled “Coolest Monkey In The Jungle,” Classic splices metaphors, new-age rap references and double entendres overtop an effervescent Hip Hop instrumental scored by accomplished producer, Seige Monstracity.

It’s quite the treat for the Hip Hop head and the culture shock for anxious fans not accustomed to witty deliveries in their music today. None the matter regardless; it’s all for the greater good of spreading a positive message.
