HipHopDX Premiere: After delivering “Slave” last week, which began to weave a twisted tale with one half of Ces Cru, Godemis, the Strange Music Inc. duo has returned with the conclusion of the story with a video for “Average Joe” featuring Godemis’s counterpart, Ubiquitous. Like the beginning of “Slave,” the story kicks off in a convenient store with the Kansas City rapper stocking shelves and it’s soon revealed that Ubiquitous is the cashier ringing up Godemis in the first video. As he raps, Ubiquitous daydreams about becoming a “famous rapper” and is suddenly thrust into the spotlight posing in front of a black sports car with a “video chick” on his arm.

Produced by The Xtraordinair$, the song is taken from Ces Cru’s most recent project, Catastrophic Event Specialists (Deluxe), which can be found here.
